Please check the contents of your order upon taking delivery and contact us immediately in case of discrepancy. If we happen to have delivered an incorrect product to you, this will be replaced without repeat delivery charge.
Due to the perishable nature of food products we do not allow exchanges unless we have given you an incorrect item. A refund will be made if we are unable to fulfil your order.
The product information on our website has been published in good faith. However, from time to time it may be out of date, incomplete or even incorrect. Where this is due to human error or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to not accept your order of the pertinent product/s, or if your order has already been accepted, to not supply said product/s to you. We will notify you in such case and will not charge you for the product/s.
